OeAD Science Advocates
Ever wondered what it’s like to spend a school day in a biomedical research laboratory?
On July 3rd, the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Nanovesicular Precision Medicine at Paris Lodron University Salzburg hosted an educational event for #OeAD’s Science Advocates program. We welcomed 20 pupils from Musisches Gymnasium (Artistic Gymnasium ) for a day of science, experiments, and insights into biomedical research.
Students explored bioscience and nanotechnology, learning about the impact of nanovesicles on medicine. The event included interactive stations, lectures, and Q&A sessions with our scientific team.
Our goal was to inspire a passion for science, explain opportunities and advancements in precision medicine, and provide a glimpse into a researcher’s daily life. The students’ enthusiasm and insightful questions highlighted the importance of early engagement and passionate educators in nurturing future scientists.
